Dance classes for adult beginners
Well Done Dancers
Its been a very busy couple of weeks for our pupils. On the 20th November we took our team to compete at the Wythenshawe Forum Manchester and then on the 27th November most of our pupils took their medal tests.
I have now posted some photos onto the schools Instagram page, click here to see. It was great to see so many of you getting involved and enjoying your dancing. On medal test day we also enjoyed some fantastic home baked cakes. Well done to all those who helped out raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Elisabeth’s Message
Hiya Everybody,
This is a personal message from Elisabeth:-
We have just got back from a fantastic Competition Day in a new venue in Huddersfield. It has been a lovely day and no doubt by now, you will have read about all the Dance School successes on facebook and seen the photographs on Instagram. Congratulations to all our Competitors. Winners one and all!!
I would like to say a special “Big Thank you”, on behalf of the Competitors and Parents, to Estelle, Jonathan and Jan for partnering ALL the competitors and helping them to achieve such a high standard of Dance. I hope all three of you can get your feet up and rest this evening before you all go back to work tomorrow. I don`t know where you get all your energy from.
We will see you all in class during the week.
Love from
Elisabeth M.

Awards & Demonstration Evening
To celebrate the achievements and commitment of our dance pupils top dance competitors Christian and Beth treated us all to an inspiring demonstration of all five Latin dances Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba and Paso. We were also treated to various demonstrations of dance by our own pupils at every age group and level. Everyone involved performed their routines with confidence. Well done dancers, your performances were great!
Thank you all Mums, Dads and Grandparents for your continued support. As Christian and Beth highlighted during the question and answer session, learning to dance requires both determination and commitment and the higher the level you wish to attain the more dedication and practice is required.
Following the demonstration Christian and Beth handed out awards to the schools pupils including Medal Tests Certificates, Competitors Medals and Special Achievement Awards. These awards recognise the skill, commitment, effort and general development of our pupils. We are very proud of the progress made by every pupil. Well done dancers!

For those of you who enjoy Sequence dancing then we have a class which focuses solely on learning sequence dances on a Thursday Evening. Social Dances
Looking ahead, we will be hosting many more social events (including trips to the world famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom), and more regular Saturday night social dances for Ballroom & Latin and Sequence dancing. These social dances really help develop your dancing and confidence and are a great opportunity to get to know your fellow pupils better.
