The ‘beginners’ class of October 2015. In 10 weeks these pupils have learnt to Jive, Waltz, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba and Quickstep. Very well done to you all. We are looking forward to taking your dancing to the next level in 2016!

Improvers

If you have some experience of dancing make 2016 the year you take your dancing to the next level. This might be for example, having some private lessons to get to grips with the Foxtrot, taking a medal test for the first time or entering a dance competition! What ever your dancing goals might be we are here to help you achieve them. Estelle, Elisabeth, Michael or Jonathan will be pleased to have a chat and discuss your requirements.  Our teacher team is committed to help you make your dancing experience as good as it can be. Our adult intermediate level class is held on a Wednesday evening. For adults who wish to compete then special workshops and private coaching sessions are available.

Sequence Dance

For those of you who enjoy Sequence dancing then we have a class which focuses solely on learning sequence dances on a Thursday Evening. Learning popular sequence dances is very useful as you are exposed to all the rhythms of the Ballroom and Latin dances and many social events are often a 50/50 mix of Ballroom / Latin and Sequences dances.

Social Dances

Looking ahead, we will be hosting many more social events (including trips to the world famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom), and more regular Saturday night social dances for Ballroom & Latin and Sequence dancing. These social dances really help develop your dancing and confidence and are a great opportunity to get to know your fellow pupils better. Check out our events page on our web site http://www.kirkhamdance.com for dates and times.
